Monîka means simply doll!

Monîka: Undefined feminine singular.
Lmonîka: Defined feminine singular.
Monîkât: Undefined feminine plural.
Lmonîkât: Defined feminine plural.

Short paragraph:

In Darija:
Mlli knt sghîra wana 3zâz 3liyya lmonikât, b7âl gâ3 lbnât. Hadîk sâ3a, kânt Barbie bâqi jdîda shwiyya..walaken 3mmrni ma kânt 3ndi w7da.

In English:
I used to love dolls since I was little, like all girls. At that time, Barbie was relatively new..but I never had one.

I guess monika comes from the Spanish word Muñeca, (pronounced munyeka) which has the same meaning…
